What a great journey…thank you for the inspiration to care for our loved ones and ourselves!!
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Karen’s journey. Especially regarding eating nutritionally and getting exercise, that hit home with me. I recently started finding ways to spot exercise while caregiving and it’s been working for me. Now I need to get the nutrition part in tact. Thank you Karen for sharing your journey and health tips in taking care of self. I’m a caregiver in Portland Ore.
