We all want to be healthy, right? We want to feel good, have more energy, increased longevity. But sadly, some of the smartest people I know are too busy and stressed to connect how they feel to how they live their lives. We have huge health problems in the world and I feel compelled to do what I can to raise health awareness.
We will talk about a unique, holistic (whole body) approach to living your best life. It’s not about deprivation. It’s about spiritual awareness, keeping your stress levels in check and fueling your body with what it needs to work optimally and feeling satisfied in the process. I believe that when we live a healthier life, it not only impacts us on the deepest level but also creates a ripple effect positively impacting those around us as well.
What we eat is only one important component of our overall health and wellness. You can eat super healthy, but if you are super stressed, sleep deprived, not exercising or giving yourself “me” time, then you won’t be truly healthy. We have to balance each area of our life that nourishes us on the deepest level.
