Meet Collin Richards: Growing up as an athlete since the young age of 5, I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living an active healthy lifestyle. Growing up, I participated in numerous sports, going on to play football and competing in bodybuilding at an elite level. My athletic background, love for staying fit, and desire to help others lead me to pursue my NASM Personal Training Certification, TRX Level 1 Certification, and Army Master Fitness Trainer Certification. I am currently in the US Army and part of my job is to stay fit and present a strong fit looking appearance in and out of uniform.
