Meet Michelle

Michelle Bolden is a native of Chicago, Illinois but has called Atlanta home for over 30 years. She moved to Atlanta soon after completing her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fl.
Throughout her career in nursing Michelle has held roles at the bedside in the Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU and Pediatric ICU to include facilities like Northwestern Univ Hospital in Chicago, Il and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta @ Egleston. In her role at Children’s, she was introduced to developing nursing roles to include: patient and staff education, discharge planning, case management and nurse auditing. While completing her MBA, Michelle took on the dynamics of working with the Department of Community Health via EDS – Medicaid, overseeing one of its in-home nursing waiver programs for Georgia’s medically fragile children and later Supervising the medical review, prior approval, claim resolutions and audit departments. Her career later led her to hold Director positions in acute care facilities across Atlanta to include Gwinnett Medical Center and Grady Health System.
The dynamics of her career, passion for caring for others, the personal motivation of her parents and faith in God’s plan have led Michelle to her current roles as: Chief Education Officer for Call For Caring Inc, nonprofit organization educating and uplifting family caregivers and the Owner/Administrator of Home Helpers North Atlanta over the past 6 years. Michelle and her team serve the Metro Atlanta community through in home personal and companion care, education in the community via direct speaking engagements and organizing the Atlanta Family Caregiver Expo – a collaboration of home-based resources for the Family Caregiver.
Michelle is a member of Buckhead Business Association, Georgia Association of Community Care Providers, Home Care Association of America and Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority Incorporated.
