His fathers health steadily declined after as his fight to maintain independence turned to an obvious need for dependance due to caretaking needs such as daily peritoneal dialysis at home. 21 months of caretaking came and went without a book or instructions or proper ways to cope, which is why the Caregivers expo is so important for so many entering, fully engaged or find themselves to have completed the task.
