More About Randy: Randy’s Outdoors is run by Captain Randy Flukinger, a licensed USCG Captain Master with over 30 years of fishing experience based in Galveston, Texas. He has commercial fished the Gulf of Mexico, and fished both local and regional fishing tournaments. He now calls the Tampa Florida area home. He offers inshore and nearshore charters for up to four guests, fishing either the Tampa Bay area or Gulf waters. No matter your skill level, Capt. Randy looks forward to creating a memorable fishing trip for both novice and experienced anglers. Capt. Randy’s boat is a 24’ Kenner center console. The boat is powered by a Honda motor and comes equipped with Raymarine navigational equipment, necessary safety equipment, live bait tank, and icebox. The vessel also features both a trolling motor and an anchoring system to easily navigate you into shallow fishing spots. Randy specialized in a range of fishing techniques, including light and heavy tackle, bottom fishing, popping, jigging, trolling and drift fishing.
